Shane is the Principal of Abingdon-Avon High School in west central Illinois. The district is in the third year of a consolidation and the second year of a 1:1 initiative. This marks Shane's ninth year in education and his fifth as a high school principal.
Jeff Gasaway has been an administrator for 14 years serving as assistant principal, director of Human Resources, and has now been the principal at Midway High School for the past 5 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and his master’s degree from Texas A&M in Commerce, Texas.

Dr. Pettit is the principal of Kreitner Elementary School in Collinsville, Illinois, which serves nearly 400 students. Curt Rees is the principal of Northern Hills Elementary in the Onalaska School District in southwest Wisconsin.
