Dr. Devin Padavil is an educator with nine years of experience as a Principal at three different schools. His focus is on building a strong school culture and using teacher evaluation systems to authentically develop growth. He believes the true goal of leadership is to help others reach their goals.

 

Devin talks about his background, and his transformation from “an unsuccessful high school student” to a school leader, thanks to some teachers who went above and beyond and helped motivate him to change, and discusses his love of journaling and creative writing (1:39)
